Royal Mail signed for service will require a signature on delivery, if there is no reply they will leave a card and can be collected from the local delivery office
Courier Service Delivery will require a signature on delivery, if there is no reply they will try a neighbour or leave a card and re-attempt delivery the following day, if there is no reply on 2 attempts there will be an additional charge for re-delivery or it will be available to collect from the local delivery depot
Back Orders / Items Out Of Stock
Please note that any items that are out of stock will normally be sent within 7 days from when originally ordered and paid for through the checkout, We will not hold back any items that have been ordered and are in stock, There will also be no extra charge for back order deliveries as they are all delivered Free of charge
If for any reason you order an item which is out of stock and we are unable to ship within the 7 days we will inform you by email within 48 hours of you placing the order and arrange the refund for you the same day as email is sent
